The fuse that controls the power mirrors may have blown. Also you can test from tech stream other test to see if the mirrors all motions work properly. Up to $8 cash back a mechanic would remove the door panel and check for power at the switches.

Mirrors adjust up and down but not left to right: The mirrors do not work at all. The switch that controls the power mirrors may be broken.
