Like jim said, check for power at the switch connector first, and also check that the ground is good (it's common to both mirrors thru the switch). Before vendor would replace them they asked for proof. You need to pop the boot out of one side and slide it back to expose the wires.

The power mirrors are not working. Sad to say you may have to visit your dealer if it doesn't work. My power folding towing mirror on left side would not power fold.
