Discussion starter · #8 · may 24, 2010. Bmw x1 (f48) and x2 (f39) forums general bmw x2 forum (f39) side mirror auto fold when locked. I think (working from memory here) that in 00 and 01, the mirror fold controls require you to hold the fold button to fold, and the unfold button to unfold.
